Zarlitos' menu is a vibrant tapestry of Filipino flavors, thoughtfully curated to cater to both traditional palates and adventurous food enthusiasts. Among the appetizers, the Chicharon Bulaklak stands out—a crispy fried ruffled fat delicacy that offers a unique texture and taste. Another favorite is the Fried Pusit, featuring tender calamari fried to golden perfection.

For those seeking comfort in a bowl, the restaurant's soups are a must-try. The Krab Meat Soup, made with imitation crab meat and vegetables, provides a light yet flavorful start to any meal. Equally enticing is the Mushroom Soup, combining straw mushrooms and beef for a hearty experience.

Rice and noodle dishes are integral to Filipino dining, and Zarlitos does not disappoint. The Zarlitos Fried Rice is a hearty mix of shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork, offering a satisfying blend of flavors. Noodle enthusiasts will appreciate the Pancit Canton, where long egg noodles are stir-fried with chicken, pork, shrimp, and vegetables, creating a harmonious medley of tastes and textures.

The chicken offerings are equally noteworthy. The Manok Na Luto Sa Gata features chicken stewed in a special coconut ginger sauce, delivering a creamy and aromatic delight. Service here was quick. The longsilog was pretty good, but it had a few cold spots in the center. The garlic fried rice was tasty, but the over-easy egg still had a little bit of clear in the whites. The music was soft, and the restaurant wasn't busy. Overall a decent dining experience.

Great customer service, super quick! To me this is the VERY best lumpia's in South Bay! The lumpia sauce is super delicious as well. Parking is decent with a few free spots out front or plenty of street parking too.
